If you are like most women, you have probably experience  menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea) at one time or another. For a few women, menstrual cramps are usually debilitating, while others experience only mild discomfort throughout their period.

  • She started her first period at an early age (younger than 11 years).

  • She has female relatives who have menstrual cramps.

Ways To Reduce Menstrual Cramps

2. Eat Lots of Healthy Diet Foods,

one of the most simple and useful way to get yourself over menstrual pain , it’s to eat more and more of healthy nutritional foods and fruits

3. Cinnamon

Cinnamon has always been used to relieve the actual congestion of colds along with allergies, and as a new digestive aid. Cinnamon may possibly soothe menstrual cramps.

In addition, the spice provides rich in dietary fiber, calcium, along with iron, as well because manganese, which may also help relieve the signs or symptoms of menstruation.
