    A long time ago, when I was pregnant I found that swimming and yoga were the two things that made the entire process so much easier.

    I lean towards yoga before and after child birth. Now that I’m a “grandparent” I can pass on more information you have mentioned to the kids!

      Low impact exercises like yoga and swimming are great for pregnant women. It gives the body the necessary workout without causing unnecessary load to the body.
