    You are absolutely right about all that you mentioned about obesity. There are SO many causes of it that it sometimes amazes me how it can affect our lives. Yes, even lack of sleep can cause us to be obese, which is something most people leading a sedentary lifestyle and working late hours go through- like bloggers. I just wish people take care of themselves and not really get led into being obese because once those genes get into your blood, it’s tough to change them.
