Ways to prevent Childhood Obesity
Encourage them by letting them play outdoor game
Try to encourage kids to put down their indoor electronics and engage in outdoor game such as ride their motorcycle, hit the playground, engage in recreational sports, and embark on all types of regular activities – especially with additional friends. Kids tend to play more often and longer when they’re with other kids so this is a powerful way to get them moving.
Don’t use food as reward for any good Grade.
These will be considered to be incentives, and will not only give your kids the false idea of which she shall be rewarded continually, but with food especially it will only cause bad and irregular ways of eating such as eating excessive or not eating punctually. Instead, as a mum or dad, be firm about instructing moral values.
Breastfeed for 12 months
Most mothers are capable of breastfeed, and breast milk provides the many nutrients an infant requirements.
Ideally, mothers should breastfeed pertaining to 12 months or extended, or as close to the present as is practical.

Be a positive role model and active parent
Children study from watching their parents, even more than from TV.
You will have problem pointing your child in the right direction when it comes to healthy eating habits if you do not practice them yourself.
You have to be physically active yourself, As the kid gets older, playing a game together instead of just watching TV is perfect for family dynamics and might be fun.
Avoid having chocolates, candies, or sweets around the house.
This will only give your child the license to take and consume as much as he or she want

- When possible, use low-fat or non-fat milk or dairy products.
- Select lean meats, poultry, fish, and beans for protein.
- Replace high-sugar high-fat foods with healthy alternatives.
- Remove unhealthy temptations.
